Your Account and Registration Obligations

If you use Bukoola Vet, you shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User ID and Password and you shall be responsible for all activities that occur under your User ID and Password. You agree that if you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete that Bukoola Vet has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or not following this Terms of Use, Bukoola Vet has the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate or block access of your membership with Bukoola Vet and refuse to provide you with access to the Website.

Communications

When you use the Website or send emails or other data, information, or communication to Bukoola Vet, you agree and understand that you are communicating with Bukoola Vet through electronic records and you consent to receive communications via electronic records from Bukoola Vet periodically. Bukoola Vet may communicate with you by email or by such other mode of communication, electronic or otherwise.

Charges

Membership in Bukoola Vet is free. Bukoola Vet does not charge any fee for browsing and buying on Bukoola Vet. However, Bukoola Vet reserves the right to charge a fee and change its policies from time to time. In particular, Bukoola Vet may at its sole discretion introduce new services and modify some or all of the existing services offered on Bukoola Vet. In such an event Bukoola Vet reserves, without notice to you, the right to introduce fees for the new services offered or amend/introduce fees for existing services, as the case may be. Changes to the Fee and related policies shall automatically become effective immediately once implemented on Bukoola Vet. Unless otherwise stated, all fees shall be quoted in Ugandan shillings. You shall be solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws including those in Uganda for making payments to Bukoola Vet.

Use of Bukoola Vet Website

You agree, undertake and confirm that your use of Bukoola Vet shall be strictly governed by the following binding principles:

You shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update or share any information that: belongs to another person and to which you do not have any right.

is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatever; or unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing including but not limited to “indecent representation of women” or misleading in any way.

Provides material that exploits people in a sexual, violent or otherwise inappropriate manner or solicits personal information from anyone;

Provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone’s privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;

contains video, photographs, or images of another person age 18 or older without his or her express written consent and permission or those of any minor (regardless of whether you have consent from the minor or his or her legal guardian).

Engages in commercial activities and/or sales without Bukoola Vet’s prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising and pyramid schemes, or the buying or selling of “virtual” items related to the Sites. Throughout this Terms of Use, Bukoola Vet. “Prior written consent” means a communication coming from Bukoola Vet Legal department, specifically in response to your request, and specifically addressing the activity or conduct for which you seek authorization;

Solicits gambling or engages in any gambling activity which Bukoola Vet, in its sole discretion, believes is or could be construed as being illegal;

Refers to any website or URL that, in the sole discretion of Bukoola Vet, contains material that is inappropriate for the Bukoola Vet Website or any other website, contains content that would be prohibited or violates the letter or spirit of these Terms of Use.

Harm minors in any way;

infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights or third party’s trade secrets or rights of publicity or privacy or shall not be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items;

Violates any law for the time being in force;

Deceives or misleads the addressee/ users about the origin of such messages or communicates any information which is grossly offensive or menacing in nature;

Impersonate another person;

Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource; or contains any Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancellous, Easter eggs, or other computer programming routines that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, diminish the value of, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information;

Threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security, or sovereignty of the Republic of Uganda, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offense or prevents investigation of any offense, or is insulting any other nation.

Shall not be false, inaccurate, or misleading;

You may not reverse look-up, trace or seek to trace any information on any other user of or visitor to Bukoola Vet Website, or any other customer of Bukoola Vet, including any Bukoola Vet account not owned by you, to its source, or exploit Bukoola Vet Website or any service or information made available or offered by or through Bukoola Vet Website, in any way where the purpose is to reveal any information, including but not limited to personal identification or information, other than your own information, as provided for by Bukoola Vet Website.

You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure of the Bukoola Vet Website or Bukoola Vet’s systems or networks, or any systems or networks connected to Bukoola Vet.
